Manaswini Foundation organised a Single-Stroke Painting Workshop for the younger students of Nagar Bharat Vidyalaya & Junior College, Nagpur, with the aim of introducing children to the joy of painting in a simple, creative and engaging way.
The workshop was guided by Ms. Anjali Gupta, a well-known artist, who introduced the young participants to the fascinating technique of single-stroke painting using poster colours. With a single movement of the brush, the children learnt to create beautiful petals, leaves, flowers and colourful patterns.
For the young learners, every brushstroke became an opportunity to explore their imagination. The activity encouraged them to experiment with colours, develop concentration and hand-eye coordination, and most importantly, express themselves freely through art.
The workshop demonstrated that art does not have to be complicated to be beautiful. A simple brush, a few colours and an imaginative mind were enough to create something special.
The excitement on the children’s faces and their colourful creations reflected the magic of learning through creativity. Each child discovered that with confidence, patience and a little imagination, even one stroke can become a work of art.
One stroke can create a flower.
One colour can brighten a canvas.
One creative moment can inspire a young mind.
