Manaswini proudly celebrated International Women’s Day with great enthusiasm. Most members wore different shades of purple, a color symbolizing dignity and justice.
Our organization’s mission is to empower girls and women through education, skill development, health awareness, and sanitation. Currently, Manaswini provides educational support to 11 underprivileged girls, with the goal of extending this support to 21 girls by the end of next year.
To mark this special occasion, various competitions were organized to encourage members to showcase their hidden talents and develop their ideas and skills.
An Essay Competition on the theme “Celebrating Myself” was held to inspire women to recognize their own worth. Often, women tend to neglect themselves while caring for their families and responsibilities. The winners were:

2. Dr. Shraddha Prashant
3. Sangeeta Kukade
The Show Your Creativity & Talent competition featured expressive performances, with winners:
1. Shikha Khare – Dance
2. Pooja Patil – Poetry
In the Creative Hands competition, members displayed handmade items inspired by the Women’s Day theme. Winners were:
1. Shilpa Rahate – Ceramic Painting
2. Bhavana Chapke – Doll Cake
The final competition, Women’s Day Queen, challenged participants to introduce themselves poetically, followed by a Q&A to judge their talent and confidence. The winners were:
1. Priya Gawai
2. Vandana Vyas
3. Priti Prayagi
Besides competitions, themed games were organized to entertain and engage members. Winners included Vandana Paul, Sangeeta Kukade, Indrajeet Kaur, and Dr. Shraddha Prashant.
Annual awards were also presented to four active members for their outstanding contributions:

The event was judged by Dr. Usha Sakure and Suman Tiwari and attended by a large number of enthusiastic members.
