Many girl students and their families lack the resources to meet their basic needs—one of the most essential being warm clothing during the winter season. We have observed that children from underprivileged backgrounds often avoid attending school during winter because they don’t have the woolens needed to protect themselves from the biting cold.
To address this issue, Manaswini Foundation organized a sweater distribution drive at various schools. One such event was recently held at Bharat Ramnagar School, Nagpur, where Mr. Raman Daayama generously donated over 100 sweaters to underprivileged girl students.
The joy on the girls’ faces was truly heartwarming. Receiving these sweaters brought them not only physical warmth but also emotional comfort—making them feel seen, supported, and cared for.
